Delete Your Account

In the app

Open ReelOnes, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen. Your account and all of its data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have ReelOnes installed, email us from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will delete your account and all of its data within 7 days of your request, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in details and personal details
• Your swipe history, watchlists, shortlist and wishlist
• Your friends, friend requests and blocked users
• Your playlists, matches and everything you have shared
• Your profile picture, if you uploaded one
• Your notifications, login history and signup details

What is kept

Nothing is kept in use. Our database keeps a 7-day recovery history so the service can be restored after a serious fault, so deleted data can remain there for up to 7 days. It is never accessed or used, and it is erased automatically when the 7 days are up.
